Dr Maxwell completed his residency training in
psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Children’s Hospital of Boston. In his clinical practice, Dr. Maxwell specializes in treating challenging and treatment resistant cases, providing second opinions, and finding new approaches to treating anxiety and depression.

Jim received his graduate degree from Towson University in physician assistant studies. Jim has practiced medicine for nearly 20 years in a variety of critical and non-critical settings. He has been working in psychiatry for over 6 years.
Nicole is a certified registered nurse practitioner with over 19 years of healthcare experience in various settings. She believes in the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic patient-provider relationship, which allows her to help guide patients to better mental health and overall wellness.
Erin is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of health care experience and is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She uses a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment. Erin has also received specialized training in mental health for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis and sees patients 18 years or older.
Matthew Leonard is a board-certified physician associate specializing in Psychiatry at Pace Behavioral Health. He completed his master’s degree in 2006 at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Prior to joining Pace Behavioral Health, he spent 15 years as a physician associate at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Emergency Dept.
